Creator Agreement

Last updated June 15, 2026 · NotPeople Inc

This is a plain-language summary of how creators and contributors work with NotPeople Inc. The binding terms are set out in the individual written agreement each contributor signs before any work begins; this page is a summary, not a substitute for that agreement.

1. Onboarding

Before any work begins, each creator or contributor is approved and signs a written agreement. The agreement identifies the parties, the scope of work, the platforms involved and the payment terms.

2. Scope of work

Depending on the arrangement, a contributor may create content, manage social interactions, participate in campaigns, or support the growth of company-managed or creator-authorized accounts on behalf of NotPeople or its brand partners.

3. Accounts

Work takes place on company-managed accounts (created, owned and operated by NotPeople) or on creator-authorized accounts (owned by the creator, who authorizes NotPeople to manage agreed activities). The agreement states which applies and what authorizations are granted.

4. Revenue & payment

NotPeople collects revenue generated by managed accounts and campaigns — from platform monetization, sponsorships, subscriptions and advertising. Each contributor is paid according to their agreement, which may use one or more of:

  • a revenue share of collected revenue;
  • a fixed campaign fee;
  • a sponsorship split; or
  • a performance-based bonus.

Payments are made on the schedule stated in the agreement, with a payout record for each payment.

5. Compliance & verification

Where required, contributors provide identity, tax and payout information for compliance, fraud prevention, tax reporting and revenue distribution. Contributors agree to follow applicable platform policies and laws.

6. Conduct

Contributors agree not to engage in fraud, spam or deceptive activity, not to misrepresent the nature of any payment, and not to take actions that would breach a platform's terms.

7. Confidentiality & IP

Each agreement sets out confidentiality obligations and how rights in the content produced are owned or licensed.

8. Term & termination

The agreement states its term and how either party may end the relationship, including any notice period and how final payouts are handled.
