Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid services and brand campaigns provided by NotPeople Inc. Specific terms may also be set out in your campaign or service agreement, which controls where it differs from this policy.
1. What this covers
This policy covers fees paid by brands and partners for campaigns and services. Revenue shares and fees paid by NotPeople to creators and contributors are governed by their contributor agreements, not by this policy.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel a campaign or service by contacting us at hello@notpeople.ai. Cancellation takes effect once we acknowledge your request. Work already performed, and committed third-party costs (for example, media spend or creator fees already incurred), are not refundable.
3. Refunds
For prepaid services that have not yet been delivered, we refund the unused portion, less any non-recoverable costs already committed on your behalf. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
4. Performance-based work
Because outcomes on third-party platforms depend on factors outside our control, we do not guarantee specific results, and fees for work already delivered are not refundable on the basis of performance alone.
5. Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and respond promptly.
