Log out or open a private window
X shows you your own posts no matter what, so any test from inside your account will say you're fine. Use an incognito window, or a second account that doesn't follow you.

Type from:yourhandle into X search and open the Latest tab. If your recent posts don't show up, you have a search ban. If your name doesn't appear in the search suggestions as you type it, that's a search suggestion ban.

Open a thread you replied to
Find a recent reply of yours and open the thread from the logged-out window. If your reply only appears after “Show more replies” or “Show probable spam”, your replies are deboosted: the ghost ban.

Look at the views on your last ten posts against the month before. A sharp drop with no change in what you post is a throttled reach, the quietest of the three.
